Part 1: Ha Nguyen, Ambassador Meetup Organizer:
Ha recently joined the Ambassador ranks as a Vietnamese Meetup Organizer. Ha brings with her a wealth of experience as she manages three Cardano Facebook groups, totaling over 50,000 members, and has a deep understanding of the Cardano ecosystem. With certifications from EMURGO and Cardano Academy and a track record of organizing impactful Cardano and Catalyst PR activities in Vietnam and Japan, Ha is well-equipped to foster growth and engagement in our community. Beyond her impressive blockchain credentials, Ha is also the driving force behind ProSkills39, an innovative platform connecting blockchain and IT talents with project opportunities.
As a newly appointed Cardano Ambassador, Ha is eager to contribute her skills and enthusiasm to the further growth of the Cardano ecosystem. Thank you Ha for all that you do!

1) Tell us a little about yourself. What is your background?

Administrator of 3 Cardano ADA Vietnam Facebook groups with over 50,000 members (see the list of groups below).

Pool operator with the ticket PRO39.

Catalyst-funded proposer for Fund 8, Fund 9, and Fund 10, and Community Reviewer for Level 1 and Level 2.

Founder of ProSkills39 - a Freelancer Service Marketplace, connecting talents in Blockchain and IT with project owners.
(*ProSkills39 is a project sponsored by Catalyst in Funds 8 and 9, aimed at applying Cardano technology and providing talent for project owners built on the Cardano Blockchain. Currently, ProSkills39 is in the platform development and community development phase.)

I have obtained a Blockchain Business Consultant certificate issued by Emurgo Academy and a Cardano Blockchain Certified Associate (CBCA) certificate from the Cardano Foundation.

An active member of the Cardano Vietnamese and Japanese communities.
Additionally, I have the following experience:

Businessman in the field of e-commerce, exchanging goods and services on marketplaces.

Five years of experience in business and project management.

Ten years of experience as a Japanese-Vietnamese interpreter and translator in finance, commerce, real estate, construction materials, and IT, including Blockchain.

Organized exchange and connection events between Vietnam and Japan (cultural exchange and tourism activities).

2) How did you get interested and involved with Blockchain/Crypto?
I learned about Blockchain and Crypto through a friend’s introduction. I started as a trader and investor. Afterward, I became very interested in Blockchain technology because I believed this was the technology that would change the future of the world, and I joined a group to learn in-depth Blockchain knowledge.
While studying Blockchain, I discovered Cardano, a third-generation Blockchain with many advantages over Bitcoin and Ethereum.
3) Why Cardano?
I chose to delve deeper and contribute more to Cardano’s development because I identified several unique and positive aspects not found in other blockchains.

Cardano, a third-generation blockchain, boasts numerous advantages over predecessors like Bitcoin and Ethereum.

It is supported by an exceptionally active, friendly, and constructive community.

The project is guided by principles of sustainable development, backed by a clear roadmap and minimal risks.

Transparency and rigor define Cardano; all research and methodologies are meticulously documented, evidenced by comprehensive studies.

The leadership, particularly the founder of Cardano, consistently shares a clear vision and engages openly with the community.
These attributes significantly bolster my confidence in Cardano’s future and align well with my investment philosophy and development approach.
4) How are you contributing to the Cardano Ecosystem as an Ambassador?
As a Cardano Ambassador - Meetup Organizer, I aim to host regular meetups that will bolster engagement among ADA holders, developers, and businesses with Cardano while attracting new participants, including individuals and organizations, to the Cardano blockchain. This effort is aimed at contributing to Cardano’s development.
Furthermore, I contribute to Cardano’s marketing efforts through document translation and content creation. Additionally, leveraging my knowledge and skills, I aspire to serve as a conduit, fostering connections between the Japanese and Vietnamese Cardano communities.
In essence, my activities are focused on “Grow Community, Grow Cardano”.
5) What is your future vision for the Cardano Ecosystem?
I am convinced that Cardano will emerge as the foremost third-generation blockchain.
In the future, dApps offering significant societal contributions will thrive on Cardano’s platform.
Businesses and governments will increasingly adopt Cardano’s blockchain technology for organizational management and operations.
The Cardano community will grow strong and sustainable.
Cardano is poised for robust and sustainable growth.
6 ) What is your personal message to the Cardano community?
The community is encouraged to place its trust in Cardano and collaboratively contribute to its development. Cardano ambassadors stand ready to support the community, welcoming feedback and actively contributing to Cardano’s growth. Therefore, it is important for the community to engage actively and participate more in Cardano’s governance and testing initiatives.
