Ambassador Stories, Journal #28: Benjamin Marco Arnau & Metinee Boonrattanaamorn
Welcome to the 27th journal of the “Ambassador Stories” series!

New stories will be shared with you, whenever new ambassadors join our ranks and provide their stories.
You’ll be able to enjoy the various, unique stories of our Cardano Community Ambassadors: what motivated, and still motivates them, to be part of this amazing and wonderful community?
The Cardano Community Team would also like to thank the Ambassadors for all their continued efforts and participation in sharing their stories with us.
Please read all about Benjamin & Metinee down below!
The Cardano Team is happy to welcome Benjamin and Metinee, and we are looking forward to your contributions in the coming months. Thanks for all that you do, it is much appreciated!
Part 1: Benjamin, Content Creator:
Benjamin has recently joined the Ambassador ranks as a Content Creator.
1) Tell us a little about yourself. What is your background?
I am a Technical Computer Engineer, with a master’s degree in computer security and certificates in privacy and physical security. Currently, I have been working as a commercial / administrative manager for a decade in a financial institution.
2) How did you get interested and involved with Blockchain/Crypto?
I have been interested in cryptocurrencies since 2013. I started mining bitcoin at this time and after a few years of distancing myself from the sector, the cardano project captivated me and I decided to return.
3) Why Cardano?
Rigour, seriousness, science, stability, what else can I say!
4) How are you contributing to the Cardano Ecosystem as an Ambassador?
I am in the role of content creator, which I do through my cardaners.com channel and website
5) What is your future vision for the Cardano Ecosystem?
I dream that it will become the financial and social system of the future.
6 ) What is your personal message to the Cardano community?
Sometimes it seems that things are not going as fast as one would like, but if you stop to look at all the way covered, you will realise the incredible things you have achieved. Keep moving forward, and look back only, to gain strength and continue moving towards new goals. We are and will be a real change in society and finances.

Part 2: Metinee, Translator
Metinee has recently joined the Ambassador ranks as a Translator.
1) Tell us a little about yourself. What is your background?
My background is in the medical/clinic field as a business development. I’ve worked in one of Thailand’s largest hospitals for the past 14 years. My most recent position was General Manager of a medical center in Phuket, Thailand.
2) How did you get interested and involved with Blockchain/Crypto?
It all began in February 2021, when a close friend advised me to study blockchain and cryptocurrency or “the future will force you to learn about it”. After that I spent hours everyday reading and watching YouTube about blockchain and crypto.
3) Why Cardano?
That specific close friend (thanks to him) explained the differences between Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Cardano. I like Cardano since then and have begun to focus on the project. The more I learn about Cardano, the more I realize I need to grow with Cardano and being part of the ecosystem. It’s a great project.
4) How are you contributing to the Cardano Ecosystem as an Ambassador?
I’ve been building Cardano Thai community by translating articles, updates, news as well as making videos, and schedule AMA sessions to help our community to learn about Cardano. We have a group chat, Facebook group, and YouTube channel for the community members to communicate among us. I’ve selected to co-host Cardano Summit 2021 with CF in Bangkok in September last year (it was an online meetup because of covid-19 restrictions).
5) What is your future vision for the Cardano Ecosystem?
Have a reliable stable coin (important for functional DeFi), have a growing global community of retail and industrial users who rely on its security and decentralization. See a growing number of use cases being implemented on the system.
6 ) What is your personal message to the Cardano community?
Education and teamwork, in my opinion, are essential to project’s success. The Cardano ecosystem includes members of the community. To aid the growth of our ecosystem, we must adopt an educational attitude. A few tweet lines on Twitter counts and it must be in a positive way. There are too many haters in the space already.
—The End of Part 2.
We are truly blessed with such motivated community members we have in our ecosystem! Thank you all for reading, and don’t forget to leave your comments/likes and give our Ambassadors some Cardano community and follow their work!
Until next time, with new people and new Ambassador Stories!
