Saw this on Reddit, seems off. I put these up for the black belts 
here to serve the answer properly. Is this needed? Doesnt seem so, but reads like its gonna have some folks that impression.
To clarify, If i do nothing to back up, open and update as usual…I’m fine…

Good point Jeff. People may get that impression. I will add some wording that this is an optional thing to do. I thought I made that clear in the video, but the title could use some improvement.
