Can we update any parameters in the parameters.json file lifields like website url once we create the stake pool…something like website url after creating the stake pool?? if yes, what is the process ?

yes, you must update the pool certificate and submit it again on chain…
coincashew guide has a STEP how to do it.

for CNTOOLS setup go to – pool → modify
