I staked all of my ADA with a specific staking pool back in May of 2021. I hold my ADA for long-term growth and have not checked on my ADA until today. I have a Yoroi wallet and a Daedalus wallet that both show the transaction for when I staked it, but I don’t see my ADA anywhere or my rewards for that matter in either wallet. What do I do?
First off, all direct messages are likely to be scammers.
The Adastat address you linked to does indeed say the balance is zero, but I think that is incorrect (or rather the balance of that address may be zero, but the wallet has other addresses which are not zero).
There is a single transaction from that address (ie staking to the pool) and the balance of the output goes to address that should be your wallet. Indeed the stake_key_hash of the source and destination are the same, 66184161e04d666c43e8b2d03f222031a475c7633c93503c3992fea4 which implies its the same wallet.
While Adastat might not be picking this up correctly, I would be rather surprised if both Adastata and Daedalus are incorrect. Are you sure your Daedalus is fully synced?

As Erik already said, there are some (about 2k) ADA on the wallet you linked above.
Do you still have the seedphrase? If so i would recommand to restore your keys in a litewallet like Typhon, Eternl or Lace.

I have two sets of seed phrases for two wallets. Both wallets don’t show the missing ADA.
Where would I be able to correlate that hash key to one of my two synced wallets? If I don’t have access to the wallet that controls that staked ADA, is there any way to recover it?
There is no way to get access to a wallet/account without its seed phrase!
As far as I can see there are four wallets involved in what you did three years ago:

- 2021-03-11 Delegated to ADAGE.

- 2021-05-22 Moved 1825 ADA to the next wallet.
- There are 4 ADA rewards left in that wallet, but no other ADA whatsoever. It is still delegated, so it would get 2 ADA deposit back when undelegating it.
- This was probably a Daedalus wallet since it automatically withdrew rewards when moving to the next one which only Daedalus did back then. (For all the other wallets, we cannot see if they are Daedalus or Yoroi wallets because they all did not get any rewards before you moved ADA around from them.)

- There is nothing left in this wallet since it was only used for a couple of minutes and never got any rewards. But it is still delegated. Undelegating it would get 2 ADA deposit back.
Search for all seed phrases that you might have from back then! There have to be four different seed phrases! Restore all of them – I really would use a light wallet app and not Daedalus for that – and look at the history which of those four wallets you have there in each case.
