You might want to try if you are able to connect your Ledger via adalite.io.
All I have in Ledger is BAT. I have everything Staked in Yoroi but could try and transfer some BAT out to another exchange to test the Ledger if you think that might be helpful in diagnosing the problem?

Try to connect it via adalite.io and check if this works.
I tried with AdaLite and message says “DeviceStatusError: Wrong Ledger app.” I know that I am using the right Ledger.

Do you have the Cardano app open when you try to connect?
No, couldn’t get there.
Not sure what you mean?
- Close everything on your computer
- open the Cardano app on your Ledger device
- open Chrome
- go to adalite.io
- connect your hardware wallet
Are you able to do that?

I have exactly the same problem with Yoroi and Ledger Nano S. Everything worked until June. Transactions, staking without problems. Now I’m not paired with Yoroi wallet and Ledger, reporting “something unexpected happened”. I have updated Yoroi and Ledger and App Cardano to the latest version. I have the Cardano App open and it still reports “Waiting commnads” and nothing happens … I didn’t run it even after 4 hours. We repeatedly closed and opened everything.
But I got advice and connects Legder Nano S via adlite.io and it works.
Thanks for the advice from Zyroxa on this forum, we were already desperate

Same problem here. I tried all of the suggetions and still can’t send ADA. Only get the message:
Something unexpected happened. Please retry

Problem solved. Used Adalite to move ADA from Ledger to Binance. Thanks!
