Can't reach relay node

I have a BP and relay built in virtual box on a home computer. Everything is registered (shows up on cardanoscan.io, pooltool.io, and adapools) but I do not get any TX. Checking on pool.vet:

Stake pool registration

Pool pool1e3sle58uk700s4rl035qnscnfcv5ulxah4m7829qpcvjudc9k8a found

Margin is 1%

Pledged amount of 14.836 ADA matches declared amount of 10 ADA

Relay node 71.150.85.122:6000

Can’t reach relay node 71.150.85.122:6000

Check manually that the topology for relay node 71.150.85.122:6000 is configured

Relay node 71.150.85.122:6000 is missing in topology.json

Port forwarding is enabled for port 6000 on the Desktop hosting the VM’s. My home gateway router (ATT) says port forwarding is enabled but when I check on yougetsignal.com it says it is still closed.
topologyUpdater_lastresult.json says:

“resultcode”: “403”, “datetime”:“2021-04-16 02:22:05”, “clientIp”: “71.150.85.122”, “iptype”: 4, “msg”: “glad you want to stay with us, but please check and enable your IP:port reachability”

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

Hello, u will need to check the fw rules…

sudo ufw status
Did u opened the port?

Hello Alex,

The firewall is inactive on both BP and relay. The firewall on the desktop hosting the VM’s is also disabled. I am thinking it is my gateway router at the house not able to port forward even though it says it is forwarded…

you can try from your relay

telnet Producer_IP Producer_port (public IP)
you should see connected

Any update on this? Have you managed to have active connections?

I gave up on the ATT 5268AC router being able to port forward. On the router its says 6000 is open but when I check on a port checked it says closed. I have migrated to the cloud and am still working on it. So far everything works except for the processed TX. I guess I have to wait until the next topology update and see what happens.
