Pascal Schmid appears to be a member and there are legitimate concerns that Cardano Foundation capital was used to fund its formation and ‘operations’.
Do we have a statement from Michael or Pascal regarding the purpose of this private company?
Have Emurgo or IOHK confirmed whether CF funds were with misused?
Is anyone concerned that Cardano AG may attempt to claim ownership of Cardano copyright or trademarks?
A lot of people would like to see this one answered, myself included.
I realise this might take some time, (as CH explained in his latest AMA. it could be 45 - 60 days untill community operations will be fleshed out under iohk)
But for the love of crypto jesus, please don’t ignore this question for too long.
