I think you mean can you setup your own token platform? That will definitely be possible in the near future but is not supported yet.
Basically you want to watch for when ‘sidechains’ feature goes live.
This would let you have your own platform/ecosystem and your own transactions.
Or do you mean you want to build your own wallet and do transactions from that?
