Catalyst Weekly #110 - That's a wrap! Community Review next

Hey there, beautiful soul!

Another week in the Catalyst community! Have you been keeping up? Be sure to check out this week’s town hall—it features an insightful presentation on the outcomes of previous funding rounds from the kitchen of Storm Partners. Particularly about how recent funds have performed across various of metrics such as: funded amounts, participation, and more.

On another note, registration for Community Review is coming to a close. We appreciate your patience as our team works through the backlog of requests. This round has involved a targeted approach to address multi-account usage as part of a new verification process. Since this is a pilot initiative, we ask for your understanding as we navigate it. Once we complete the process, we’ll share more details about our progress and key learnings with the community.

Now, let’s dive into everything else!

Ideascale downtime

Please note that ideascale is undergoing a scheduled worldwide-maintenance period, which will affect all communities on the platform, including Project Catalyst. This will be active during the weekend and will affect all aspects of the flow until their updates are completed. No edits to proposals, profiles, or CR registrations will be possible during this downtime. All will be read-only. Thank you for your kind understanding.

That’s a wrap

Proposals have undergone a final review for re-categorization to ensure alignment with project details and category requirements. Throughout this process, proposers have been allowed to edit their submissions to make final adjustments based on feedback. If you are a proposer, please check the comments section for any notes left for you.

Please note that IdeaScale is down this weekend, limiting access to the platform. All proposals will move forward to community review by 7 AM UTC on Monday, October 21st, and no further edits will be permitted after that time in order to prepare data for the Community Review stage.

Save Fund13 dates in your calendar

You can find all key timelines that will drive Project Catalyst for the rest of the year. And in case you ever need a refresher, you’ll be able to find these on the official Catalyst Gitbook Documentation here. It’s important to keep in mind that given the dynamic nature of the program, timelines may change.
