I hope you’ve been doing well and staying busy! Catalyst is making great strides towards the Fund13 plan and I wanted to share some exciting updates with you.
We’ve officially transitioned within the Community Review stage to the second stage of moderation. In total, around 1,700 reviewers have submitted a remarkable total of 57,000 reviews across 1,600 proposals. Now, we’re eager to see which proposals will pass through moderation. Good luck to everyone involved and a big shoutout to our senior reviewers who will be moderating over the next week!
Once this stage wraps up, we’ll be moving on to one of the most thrilling parts, voting! If you haven’t registered yet, please make sure to do so before the deadline on November 20. The snapshot will be taken at 21:45 PM UTC on that date. The best part? There’s only a 25 ADA threshold this time around, so let’s make this opportunity count. Just 5 days left!
In other news, we celebrated the successful completion of another 5 projects this week, bringing our total to an impressive 1,010 Catalyst completions, all thanks to your hard work and dedication. Check our special town hall that was aired last week to highlight some of the recent completions.

Voting App Dry Run
Have you heard? Catalyst dry run is underway. While the dry run snapshot registration already elapsed - now is time to cast some votes and test some of the iterations available in this instance.
Main new features/bugfix to test:

QR Code Export: You can now export your QR code directly from the app after it’s loaded.

Notifications History: All received notifications are now accessible in a dedicated section.

Category Added to Vote Recap: Easily view the category of each voted proposal in your pending and submitted votes summary.

Scrolling Bug Fix: Fixed an issue with scrolling on very short lists of results.

Catalyst roadmap & deliverables
Catalyst team is thrilled to share our latest progress in our milestone submission! Here are the key highlights:
- New Chain Follower Developed: A Cardano chain follower has been created to enhance backend capabilities, significantly improving sync times—up to 100x faster than db-sync.
- Enhanced Functionality: The follower captures legacy CIP36 registrations and new RBAC registrations, including rewards and payment details, with flexible snapshot targeting and role-specific deadlines.
- Backend Improvements: Additional enhancements include databases and endpoints for staked ADA, CIP36, and RBAC registrations, along with user data on registration history and errors.
- Permissionless Authorization: We implemented a C509 certificate generation framework, enabling users to prove ownership of their Cardano stake address and securely access sensitive data.
- Reusable Libraries: Two Flutter/Dart libraries were developed for future applications, supporting data structure serialization and wallet connect capabilities (CIP30 and CIP95).
- Reference App Created: A demo app showcases wallet connect functionality and the RBAC wallet interface, allowing users to register roles and submit transactions.

Voting power threshold lowered by 95%
Have you heard? In Fund13, you only need 25 ADA to register to vote. That’s a whopping 95% drop from the previous 450 ADA requirement. Want to know which wallets are supported and ready to go? Make sure to check out this official page here. The deadline to register is on snapshot day, Nov 20 at 21:45PM UTC.
