Hello beautiful soul,
The first week of the Community Review is officially behind us, and what a milestone it’s been!
Catalyst Fund14 marks a massive step forward. For the first time ever (in addition to submissions module) we’ve also moved our entire review process from the legacy Ideascale platform to a brand-new one. This was a huge undertaking, but we’re incredibly proud of how the community embraced the change.
We successfully swapped out the engine mid-flight and achieved performance parity with the old system. We’re now back at cruising altitude and moving on to our next objectives.
Here are some highlights from the first week:
- 779 Proposers
- 1,643 Proposals (pre-moderation)
- 3,841 Activated Community Reviewers
- 2,103 Reviewers who submitted at least one review
- 25,331 Total reviews submitted
Community reviewers have another full week to submit their reviews before we move into the moderation stage. If you missed last week’s newsletter, be sure to catch up. We covered three key topics:
- A basic overview of the Community Review stage
- How/where to view all submitted proposals
- How to get ready for the voting power snapshot on September 11.
A quick refresher on the Fund14 moderation bounty pilot:
- Advancement to Voting is Not Guaranteed
- Keep in mind that advancing in the process does not automatically secure a spot in the final voting stage.
- Ongoing Proposal Moderation
- The Catalyst Team and our Moderators will be actively cross-checking all submissions over the coming days and weeks against the category briefs and regulations.
- Fund Rules Compliance
- A number of submissions may not be in full compliance with the Fund Rules. If this applies to your proposal, our team will email you with the necessary actions to take in the coming week.
Wishing you a great week ahead.
