I would love to vote for catalyst project but how should I do if I don’t have the latest version of the smartphone. I mean is it mandatory to buy a smart phone to take part in voting ?? I find that really strange as I’m part of the portion of humanity that some call “the ape of the future”. I don’t really want to have a smart phone with me.
