The winning name for the podcast is The Cardano Effect and now we need a logo. We have some ideas, but @philpa Philippe and I would prefer to make this into a community contest and offer reward. The winner will get 2280 Ada.
To submit a logo, contestants must agree to 2 rules:
Post your submitted logo here by November 3, 2359 GMT (Saturday) in high resolution with a minimum 1920x1080 in .png format. The winner will need to provide a logo in the range of 3840 × 2160 to 4096 × 2160 resolution range but does not have to take up the entire pixel space, just the resolution must be 4K/UHD quality.
The winning logo will become the property of the hosts of The Cardano Effect podcast - Rick and Philippe, hence the reward money. This way we will be able to use it for the podcast, social media, and any other promotional purposes.
After the Saturday deadline Philippe and I will pick a winning logo. If we get many good submissions, we can select several of the submitted logos for a public vote on the forum next week.
To me the Cardano logo has always looked like ripples spreading outwards from a central point of disruption. Perhaps someone with more graphical skills than me could make the logo look more ‘fluid’?

here is my contribution to this great community. If I win I can provide logo in vector shape so you can resize it to whatever size you want without losing quality
here is my take on what I think is a good logo for the podcast. Simultaneously being realtively simplistic/clean but also taking care of trying to visualize the “effect” the Cardano-Ecosystem is trying to have. There are some small details here and there quality-wise but since its vectorized, that can be taken care of.
Couple of options here. I’m crazy busy at the moment and wish I could spend longer on these. If these go down well then I’ll animate them. Happy to animate the final winning design too even if its not mine.
Its a microphone with the Cardano-Logo inside, because the podcast is trying to spread the word and revolves around Cardano. I think that was straight forward On the outside we have a form of simplified network where all the dots are connected to each other and with the Cardano logo in the center it is resembling the eco-system the project is trying to build.
At the same time the straight lines originate from the center of the microphone to the different dots as a visual representation of trying to get the information out to the people/spreading the word/talking to the community.
Thats cool, can you put the letters from “effect”, each in the round blue circles below the mic. Using the Cardano logo? I used my pen to write on ot, but it needs to be more balanced.
