CNTools and gLiveView error failed to load common env file

Alexd1985 Thank you very much, you saved me! I upgraded my RAM and after ~10min the gLiveView and other scripts are working now.

Hi Alex,
I updated to 1.27.0 yesterday and had the same problem.
I tried to comment and uncomment the lines of the env file as described but no change.

sudo systemctl status cardano-node

Type nano env and show me the first 10 lines

If u go to cardano-my-node/db do u see the socket file there?

yes it is there.

Try to stop the node exporter (if u have it) and restart the node
Wait more time and check again in glive
Then start again the node exporter

I don’t know what the node exporter is, so I think I don’t have it.

Are u using grafana?

no, I’m not.

Still the same problem after restarting. journalctl --unit=cardano-node --follow shows some strange lines:

could be an issue with the dns? are u using dns or IP?

DNS but the other relays are working fine.

ok, check the dns for this one, I don’t know perhaps something is wrong, try to start with the IPv4
