Who We’re Looking For
We need a CTO who is skilled in Haskell and Cardano blockchain development and can lead on security, token maintenance, and DAO setup as we grow. You’ll be working to ensure token security, manage platform updates, and eventually develop a sustainable DAO structure. This role offers creative control to shape Aquara’s technical framework and directly impact its development.
What to Expect
I’ll be upfront—our budget is limited at the moment, so the position is currently unpaid. However, as the project grows, there are plans to offer future compensation and even token-based rewards. What You’ll Do
- Develop on Cardano: Familiarity with Haskell, Plutus, and Cardano’s ecosystem is crucial.
- Ensure Security: Create and manage secure smart contracts, with a focus on token and wallet security.
- Collaborate on Strategy: Work with the founding team on Aquara’s tech roadmap, including decentralized governance and treasury management.
- Prepare for DAO Transition: Help design and implement a decentralized model for the community to govern the Aquara ecosystem.
