Daedalus transaction error

I receive an error while sending 50% or more of my available funds from a Ledger HW (coupled to Daedalus Mainnet 4.0.4) to another wallet.
No problems when sending <50% of the funds.

Basically, if;

  • estimated transaction fee is 0.206773 it fails
  • estimated transaction fee is 0.169813 it goes through

Any thoughts why this occurs?
