I would go here and get onboard with their telegram group and get with a moderator so you can chat realtime, and they can talk you through this, you got the address from somewhere which tells me you control it somehow. Doesnt make sense. Yoroi - Light Wallet for Cardano

Hi Riptrick,

I was checking the address you sent the 388 ADA. You can check it in Cardano explorer. You can check if you really own that address.

Really? How?

Getting on telegram now.

Just paste the address you want to check in https://explorer.cardano.org/en

@riptrick sorry you are having that issue. From what I can tell.

Like @andreassosilo said,

You don’t need the passphrase to connect to a hardware existing wallet, you usually have 1 passphrase that recovers your whole hardware for all coins stored on it. only when you are setting up the hardware for the 1st time you donthat or at least on the ledger nano not sure about Trezor but I think they should be similar, from my understanding, if you had to confirm a passphrase, that is a step to create a new wallet on your Hardware wallet using Yoroi as interface. Did you write that passphrase you confirmed on your Trezor down somewhere? Also what wallet you sent from? Did you have your ADA on your Trezor already ?

“As you might be aware, your 24-word recovery phrase is the backup to all of your crypto assets.”
Full article good read on passphrase

The good news is this wallet probably exist and was created on your Trezor but if you don’t have the passphrase not sure how you can access it again.

I did read the other thread too and it seems similar to you, this was the issue quoted below and maybe connect with Trezor support.

Thanks god I found out where was the problem. I just had to deactived the passphrase in Trezor settings.
Thank you for your interest guys!
