I used to do some data center admin in Luxembourg , good coincidence about their Telecom/banking security laws. You should see if you have access to run a node !
Always welcome , new technical minded and eager participants will help us move forward . I am wondering about aws vs literal rackspace to run SL … It may come down to how much the minimum stake is.
