Help !, canceling pool issue, can't get 500 ada back

Just started to study pool setup.Something that has been done is lacked of understanding.

What has been done

  1. Register pool epoch 331
  2. Sent an order to cancel epoch 331 ending at epoch 332 and on that day pressed the withdraw button in yoroi wallet.
    The pool list disappeared and got 2 ada back from registering stake address.
  3. Then register stake address again and wait for the next 2 epoch, end epoch 334 but not get 500 ada back.
  4. Node is version 1.34.1 ubuntu 20.04 LTS.
  5. 100% normal sync nodes
  6. Use payment address from Mnemonic Yoroi wallet. In the address used in the node, there are 5 ada.
  7. 1 relay is used in the structure, 1 product

because u also deregistered the stake address… which was not a good idea

Me pueden explicar por que se le perdieron las 500 ada o la piscina desapareció ? Para no cometer ese error por favor.

La verdad sigo sin comprender😖. Tengo mis adas delegadas y no quisiera que me ocurriera una perdida.
Pero se le perdieron todos los fondos o solo las recompensas ?
