How do i transfer my ADA from shelly-testnet to yoroi walltet?

first sorry for my bad english.

I had some ada in shelly-testnet wallet.
it was given from upbit.com.

a few month ago. my shelly-testnet chrome extension said

“The Shelley testnet is over
You have to download the mainnet version of Yoroi to delegate your ADA”

so i installed lastest yoroi extension and recover my wallet with my recover phrase and password.

but my wallet has 0 ada still…

i cannot connect shelly-testnet, so how do i recover my ada from shelly-testnet?

Are you talking about the ITN?

first, u must have few ada in your shelley wallet for paying the fees, after that you can go and claim your ADAs from ITN test,
