Hes not giving a bad advice, hes saying the absolut correct thing. If you are asking for seedphrases, you definitly arent trustworthy and id rather wait until someone may finds a solution.
Well, around here, trustworthy persons describe how to solve the problem in enough detail that users can do it on their own without having to give away their seed phrase or private key.

Moonstake wallet. The Infinito team emailed me back. Use your infinito generated pvt key for byron era wallet to import your old wallet. Works. Just posting to help as many people as possible.

shows 0 ada on moonstake, even though the address has tokens on the blockchain. any ideas what could be wrong here?
No change at all.
This problem has been going on for years and nobody found anything better than the claim that Moonstake can use the private keys from Infinito that you already found, tried, and did not succeed with.
hang onn… i just tried my infinito private keys in moonstake and can see the ada byron balance now… next step is to send some to the shelley wallet to see if it really works… thanks a lot guys
