I lost my phrase to recovery wallet. I have only wallet address in crypto.com. Maybe this way is correct to find solution ?
Should I talked with cardano owner ?
What wallet? Daedalus? Yorroi?
Talk with the support team and ask them if can help you… without recovery phrase you can’t restore it… as I know
Never delete your wallet before to check the recovery phrase!
No one can help you if all you have got is a wallet address. Just for debate - IF it were possible to recover funds from wallet address, anyone would have been able to recover largest address 
If you do have the wallet app(?) crypto.com installed and can access the funds and you cant send it out, please check with your wallet provider.
