I cannot see my stake pool

Hi experts,

I registered my stake pool(I paid 500ADA) and my pullrequest was approved 7 hours ago.
But, I can’t still see my stake pool in Yoroi & Daedalos…
Also I had the following errors. Do I need to register my stake pool again?

@csa86 I’m sorry but it’s clear that your pool e3a15ad002a022b2aab5bf33537c052b1168c7d6fca2e406d45e085fae01a8ef is not on-chain.
