I can't Unstake and return my ADA in AtomicWalet

I Staked my ADA on the 9th of August (in Atomic Wallet ), but now I don’t have the possibility to return and it.
Please tell me what to do, my wallet support didn’t do anything for me.

Id recommand to use a native Cardano wallet like Typhon or Eternl.

Use your seedphrase and restore your keys in one of these light wallets. There you should be able unstake your ADA.

By the way, your ADA never “leaves” your wallet if you delegate them to a stakepool.

Thanks
Should I install the Typhon or Eternl wallet and log in with the 12 words of my automatic wallet?

Yes exactly.

Make sure you are downloading the wallet from the offical website.

I installed Typhon, but it also says :

You are not staking to any stake pool.

Is it possible that I have been hacked?

You may want to share one of the receiving addresses?

Wait i just read your first post again and you said that you sent your ADA to another address when you tried to delegate to a pool? Is this correct?

my means is that unfortunately i miss about 573 ADA in my wallet but I don’t know how.

Yes it seems like you did send 573 ADA to another address which you dont have to do if you wanna delegate your ADA to a pool.

So im not really sure what exactly you did, but it seems you sent your ADA to a different address which looks like an exchange : Address DdzFFzCqrhsu2Uk9FXM6QmNB8MuiLCkzbU4HdA5RQD12SVoNZ7KhbPvKzGeYqUWSVWxaQa9ANtKP9sdZ3Zg2bvyRnRfz269UgRNSVaBK - Cardanoscan

I was an Ada holder and it is impossible to send to the exchange through myself.
In any case, this money is apparently lost and there is no way to get it back. :disappointed::
thank you very much :rose:

Im not 100% certain that this is an exchange address, maybe @HeptaSean could help to investigate here aswell.

But what i can say for sure is that you submited a transaction which transfered your ADA to another address which isnt necessary to stake your ADA.

So, from the description I would guess that this is @shsoltani’s original account:
https://adastat.net/accounts/2aa83c6732380c42b8d0ae03d66b1871f3e2c4cfa889c1f708f290d1

It received the 573 ADA in four chunks from December 2021 until July 2023.

All of it was sent further to this account on 9th August 2024:
https://adastat.net/accounts/dd47d68bfa620bee6673e1d9ff1bbe12b6437893c9884ddc10bc0330

This has nothing to do with what is done to stake on Cardano. And a legitimate Atomic wallet would never do that. Either it was a malicious fake Atomic wallet app or it was some trick telling you that you have to send everything to an address to stake which is totally not how staking works.

The account receiving the ADA was only used for two transactions: receiving the 573 ADA and sending them further to the Byron address https://adastat.net/addresses/DdzFFzCqrhsu2Uk9FXM6QmNB8MuiLCkzbU4HdA5RQD12SVoNZ7KhbPvKzGeYqUWSVWxaQa9ANtKP9sdZ3Zg2bvyRnRfz269UgRNSVaBK.

Yes, I would also say that the Byron address looks like the deposit address of an exchange, so apparently whoever did that cashing out.
