I doubt it. Looks like mosque singing videos with that smiling emoji and the other with a heart emoji. Vacation videos. And a music file on the bottom. Not quite sure how you arrived at “terrorist” without knowing where the money is being sent. And he’s probably not Arab. He’s probably a 16 year old techie in Silicon Valley. Perfect cover up lol.

I guess you are right. If you look to the source code of the scam website, it is signed with
“Site developed by: @Cryptodsgn”. In Reddit and Twitter his comments suggests he is a UX Designer from NY.

Which were sent by Taliban to prevent the chaos that will ensue Ghani fleeing the country.
