Is Pool Deposit Equal to Pledge Value?

I’m at this step right now

And I’m in
Submit the pool certificate and delegation certificate to the blockchain

I wonder if the PoolDeposit value equal to value of ADA that we want to pledge?
Anybody can confirm?

No the pool deposit is a fixed amount of ADA required to register a pool, that you can get back if retiring the pool.

It is currently set at 500 ADA.

The pledge is set with the --pool-pledge parameter, and the pool owner stake should cover it to make rewards.
