What prevents me from delegating my bid to multiple pools?
Nothing. Even if you were restricted to one per account, no reason you can’t spread you funds to several, you probably need to do that if you have a lot of coin for other reasons.
Oh, I just noticed some pools still get added to the list and some don’t.

We are a staking service provider. Our voters and clients have delegated us digital assets worth USD 600 million in total, and we are developing infrastructure to add Cardano once it gets upgraded.
We are based in Ukraine with servers located in Singapore, Germany and Ukraine.

Really sorry, I don’t manage this list, I had wondered myself why some pools are added and some are not but it looks like that people that are able to, are just editing the post, which is pretty unfair and I’m in doubt if this thread still adds value.
It is very outdated, many links are broken. https://cardanowiki.info/wiki/List_of_staking_pools has a much fairer and more up-to-date list.
