On Cardanoscan this address is marked as “not active” and I cannot see any outgoing transactions yet.
I have no contact to the owner and neither Bitpanda nor Revolut could help me.
Does anyone know if this stake key belongs to a registered stake pool or a known service (exchange, casino, custodial platform, etc.)?
If yes, is there any official contact (e‑mail, Discord, Telegram, support page) where I can ask the owner politely for a return of the ADA?
I would be extremely grateful for any leads or suggestions.

You can’t send to stake addresses. Technically not possible.
Cardanoscan groups transactions by stake address because they think it’s helpful, but technically the transaction was to one of the addresses belonging to that stake, not to the stake address itself.
That only means that the stake is not delegated to a stake pool.
You didn’t explain at all what Bitpanda and Revolut have to do with it. Was it a withdrawal from Bitpanda? To Revolut? Then you already know whom the address belongs to and that they refuse to help you?
This stake address is not delegated to any pool. Even if it were, it would not mean that that pool has anything to do with it. Every Cardano wallet has a stake address and can freely choose to delegate it to any pool it wants.
That is likely, though, since that address has a lot of activity – several transactions per hour.
I don’t see any indication who it is, though. Might be way easier if you reconstruct where you took that address from.
OK, let me try to piece it together. First, I transferred 50k ADA from Revolut to Bitpanda. Unfortunately, Bitpanda isn’t suitable for me as a visually impaired person, so I wanted to send the ADA back to Revolut. Bitpanda suggested an address as the destination, which I then used. The transfer was confirmed and completed. Now I’m stuck here and can’t get any further. Neither Revolut nor Bitpanda are willing to help me. Because of my disability, I’m having real trouble getting any useful information at all. That’s why I’ve asked here if anyone could help me out. I really don’t know much about this and have lost a lot of money that I could have used next year to buy us a small house.
To keep things simple, I’d like to ask you to put specific questions to me or make suggestions. I’m finding it very hard to navigate the apps. Thank you for your help and for understanding the situation.

That was the error. Centralised exchanges often use addresses for outgoing transactions where they do not monitor or manage incoming transactions. You should never send back to those, but request a new deposit address.
The 50 kADA are now on an address controlled by Revolut. But if they don’t want to help you there’s little you can do except maybe trying to beg, threaten, or sue.
