Nope, are still there til u manage to find if u used a passphrase or not. Can’t u remember? Perhaps u noted somewhere?

BTW - I tried to do the blank passphrase and it still says “Exporting public key failed”

failed? Can u try on adalite.io? If u had the passphrase disabled I assume u didn’t changed the settings right? Do u have another trezor device? Did u updated the trezor ? Perhaps u saved the password on password manager (from browser)

OK I went to Adalite and paired with my trezor. It asked for passphrase and I left it blank. Still showing a 0 balance.

Now close adalite, go to trezor settings, deactivate the passphrase and try again on adalite.io
