Nami wallet shows inactive and cannot send ADA held there

I set up both a nami and yorroi wallets a few months ago and initially sent my ada from coinbase pro to yorroi to stake. after unstaking i sent my full ada from yorroi to nami and the transaction went through (had one fail and then the follow up was successful). i now have two assets in the nami wallet: ada & a small amount of pavia. i can expand the pavia to see policy and asset info along with the send option, but cannot do so for the ada in the wallet. same for if i choose the send tab, the only asset that shows up as available is pavia. it is as if the ada is frozen and cannot be utilized in any way. how do i get my wallet to allow me to do anything with the ada in it? or is the ada somehow still staked?

Can’t send ADA from Nami Wallet

Hello. I successfully undelegated some ADA and I am trying to send it to another wallet. I can see the ADA in the Nami wallet, but when I try to send it there are no assets in the drop-down to choose from. And when I try to manually enter the ADA it gives an error message “Transaction not possible”. The address is good, but it seems like the wallet does not recognize that the ADA is there. I would appreciate any help!
