Old secret.key not working

Hello.

I dont have secret words.
My dedaus version is 0.10.1#1.2.1.7310 on windows 7.
it cannot connect to the cardano network right now.
i copied secret.key to windows 10 and dedealus 4,0,5
and It is saying no wallet found. I know there is a balance on there.
My secret.key is 203 byte. Is it OK ?

You probably have to contact the IOHK Support in that case.

Of course i updated.
many people have a problem but they are not helped by the developers.
