In order to spend funds from a paper-wallet you need to “restore” it in the Daedalus, which would turn it into a regular wallet. The instruction may be found here:
Note: that paper-wallet LOSES its “coldness” by being restored (since private keys now was in a contact with an on-line computer), and should not be continued to be used as a storage. If you need to spend a part of coins from a paper wallet the right way would be to:
- Create new empty paper-wallet
- Restore your paper-wallet with coins
- Spend required amount of coins
- Send the rest of assets to the new paper-wallet that has not yet been restored
