Participate in governance to withdraw staking

Hi

When I try to withdraw my staked ADA on yoroi I get a pop up that i need to participate in governance in order to do so. All the videos online don‘t have this option. I am presented with 3 options and not sure what to select. The main goal for me is to just withdraw my ADA so I can freely move it. Can someone help?

If you dont care about governance, you can just vote to abstain. This will be enough to withdraw your staking rewards.

Otherwise you can search for a drep who will vote with your voting power. See here gov.tools
