When the punch ends and the new approach begins let’s say I have 100 ADA.

Suppose on the third day of the Epoch I move the hundred ADA Binance, sell it, buy something else, that, Re-by ADA and move it back into my wallet Before the epoch ends.

Alternatively, I suppose I just leave the ADA in there the entire epoch.

Well I get the same rewards?

Yes the rewards will be the same, u need to have the ADA inside the wallet when the snapshot is performed (at the begining of the new epoch)… between snapshots u can spend/trade/move the funds
