I have a fair amount of coins on the wallet will they be there when I resin blocks

Are you referring to resyncing blocks?

Yes it was slow before then I got my coins on the wallet now I can’t even get the wallet open cuz it gets stuck on 98 .07 then it’s going backwards now instead of closer to 100% it is going back towards zero very very slow seems like it’s stuck on those thanks for responding appreciate any help

Try deleting your DB 1.0 folder.
