The cardano pool production server needs 12 gigs of ram !!! and the relay also needs 12 gigs of ram ??
If I use docker and split a server in 2 I will need 24 gigs ???
Most guides recommend 16G minimum per node… the armada alliance has guides on setting up nodes on rasberry pi’s which have limited RAM… they then I imagine use swap files for a boost and zramswap
Apparently there is a significant memory and CPU saving on node 1.33.something being released early January.
For context my public relay and CPU use the average following ram(but spikes while using other tools can take me to 100% RAM usuage) and things like updates have caused OOM crashes on my nodes before…
