Yes, any wallet supporting delegation (I assume Yoroi will be the first one, probably in tandem with Daedalus) will allow you to stake. It won’t matter whether you are using hardware wallet or not.
Altough be aware, that October is no hard deadline and I wouldn’t expect staking on mainnet until December.
