newbie here, I am currently staking my ADA in one of the stake pools in yoroi. My question is, if I decided to switch to another stake pool, do I have to wait 15-20days again to collect my ADA rewards to the new stake pool?

Nope, only the first time u will need to wait 4 epochs… then if u switch between pools u will receive the rewards each epoch (if the pools are making blocks each epoch)
Epoch 1 ->first delegation
Epoch 2 → snapshot occurred
Epoch 3 → stake active
Epoch 4 → calculating rewards for epoch 3
Epoch 5 → receiving rewards for epoch 3
Epoch 6 → receiving rewards for epoch 4
……
Epoch 10 → receiving rewards for epoch 8
Epoch 11 → change the pool (still receiving rewards from epoch 9/old pools)
Epoch 12 → snapshot occured for the new pool (still receiving rewards for epoch 10/old pool)
Epoch 13 → active new pool (still receiving rewards from epoch 11/old pool)
Epoch 14 → calculating rewards from new pool (still receiving rewards from epoch 12/old pool)
Epoch 15-> receiving rewards from epoch 13/new pool
