@Ben_greg There is a logs subfolder where topology updater stores it’s logs. Can you confirm you have glad you're staying with us responses for the past 4 hours? Also is that mainnet or testnet?

Mainnet
Your machine needs to send regular hear-beats (once per hour) in order to be accepted. That’s what the instructions say. You can’t pull data without doing the once-per-hour liveness requests.
