Hi, i have a lot of ada in a wallet called ethos but unfortunately that wallet doesn’t work properly so i tried to restore my wallet using my seed (24 words) but all i got is an empty wallet, it’s very unlikely that the wallet will be updated soon (7 month no update) even through ethos said it’s a known issue and they are working on it. I even contacted ledger and they said “It is likely that the derivation path of the external wallet is different from the path used in Ledger Live” how do i go around that problem please.
