Retired my pool and I have not received my 500 ADA

Hi All,

I retired my pool for Epoch 251, and I still haven’t received my 500 ADA back to my rewards/payment addresses.

Please help, I’ve been patient but I’m starting to be concerned that I may have lost the ADA somehow?
