If you have your 24 word seed phrase you can ALWAYS restore that seed phrase in another wallet and then access you funds in the new wallet.
However if you used SecondFi to send a transaction, you should create a new wallet and then transfer your funds to the new wallet.

If you are using a Ledger your funds are safe. You will NOT have a separate Yoroi/SecondFI seed phrase. With your ledger, you should be able to connect to any other wallet that supports Cardano and Ledger devices.

I cannot access my secondify wallet too, completeley Locked out they told me they foreard my support request to the techno al department. This Is unacceptable, they are holding my Money..
