Sending ADA from Yoroi-Binance

Hi there.
I recently bought some ADA with Yoroi shelley wallet, and have since sent up a Binance account.
How can I send my ADA from Yoroi to Binance? I keep reading that funds can be lost. Should I be trying to put all my coins into Binance or should I keep my ADA in Yoroi? Any advice much appreciated.

Hi, I would keep your ADA in Yoroi and stake them. No need to send them to Binance.
