Simpy restore your wallet on Typhon with your seedphrase and you will be able to access your funds.

If you are sure the ADA in your Trust wallet is ADA crypto. So you can use the secret phrase and restore the wallet using native Cardano wallet apps. Trust Wallet has been widely criticized for its bad experiences with the Cardano network.
And yes, you can use Typhon wallet as @Zyroxa suggestion.
