Sent Cardano NFT to Exodus wallet - Blocked support cannot help

Hi Cardano community,

I sent stupidly Cardano NFT minted to my Exodus wallet, which of course doesn’t support the ADA tokens yet. I created 10k NFT tokens for test… (stupid).

The Exodus support doesn’t seems to know how to help, I get the error message “Your Cardano wallet lose connection with the network”. Furthermore in my Exodus ADA wallet I get the message “1.444443 ADA is need for holding ADA native tokens” (I have more than that on my ADA wallet).

Could you please help anyone? (see below error message in Exodus). Not sure if this is related to the fact of having 10k tokens and having to hold a specific ADA balance… even to withdraw…

Thanks!

"# Where are my private keys stored?

The private keys to your blockchain assets are generated and encrypted locally and stored on your device. These keys are never stored in the cloud and they remain 100% for your eyes only, 100% in your control.

The Exodus backup system only backs up encrypted metadata (transaction data, personal notes, exchange history) - no keys are ever stored on any of our servers. In addition, this metadata is encrypted so the backup remains secure to you with your password. This is another way of saying your backup files are useless to anyone else, only you with your password, can read and use your data.
