Shelly Test Net Release Date

I’ve been following the Shelly release for awhile now, but have not heard about when Shelly might be moved off the Testnet. Does anyone have an estimated month/year on when this might happen?

  1. I believe despite having over 400K ada I cannot stake today or going forward as I was not in the testnet (missed it by hours).

  2. I assume I have to wait until Shelly is released so I can stake?

  3. Seems there is not even an "anticipated release date for Shelly (not even by year end correct)?
