Unable to access ADA in Bithumb Global

Hey all,

This is my first post here unfortunately it’s not a happy one. I made three deposits from Atomic Wallet into Bithumb global account on February 10th, and one of them never showed up in my account. It’s been two months now and the support team sends the same generic response to please be patient. It’s about 15% percent of my portfolio :frowning_face: The transaction shows on the blockchain explorer.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

If the transaction has been confirmed by the network, the transaction went through and you definitly have to deal with Bithumb support team, because this has nothing to do with Cardano.
