sure, maybe we will soon see a Decentralized Exchange (DEX) mounted on Cardano, using its own token but also connecting blockchains thru Cardano.
I even see a scenario where several projects with blockchains and networks not as efficient as the one Cardano will offer, will see themselves moving the “blockchain aspect” of their project to Cardano. For example, a couple of years ago, Kodak made public their intentions of using blockchain to host a network of shared pictures with property rights. But perhaps they didn’t find the way nor built the whole protocol. So later on, once Cardano is released fully, if Kodak is still interested, but struggling with the blockchain science, they will have the option to “migrate” to Cardano, paying to the ADA stakers much less than what they will spend on a blockchain of their own. Furthermore, Cardano would turn out to be very friendly on the developers side with all the efforts being put on the programming language structure and the tools and even the compatibility/portability with other, more used and common programming languages. I hope you can see the bigger picture of where all this is heading. If Blockchain is a giant disruption wave, Cardano is your surfboard!

Absolutamente, Interoperability is strongly and definitively integrated into Cardano’s design. Furthermore, I like to think of it as if Cardano would be eating other blockchains. Think of the difference between calculator companies that need to make the actual hardware and calculator app developers for smartphones. Once the Cardano Dappstore opens, other blockchains will be able migrate their concepts to Cardano. And they will do it when they find Cardano is to the most reliable, efficient and secure blockchain of all.
