I have been learning more about Cardano staking, and I came across the term “stake pool saturation.” I am still a bit unclear about how it affects my staking rewards. Can someone explain in simple terms how pool saturation works and why it’s important to choose a pool that isn’t saturated?

Could anyone guide me about this? Also, how often do I need to check if the pool I’m staking in becomes saturated? Do pools get saturated frequently, or is it a rare occurrence?
